Vulnerable Customer Advisor
£11.10 per hour | six months temp to perm*
Working for Ulster Bank, the role of the Vulnerable Customer Advisor is to provide a tailored service to support vulnerable customers fulfil their financial needs.
You'll get the best of both worlds, in a hybrid model where you will work in office and from home. You will be acting as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries on a wide range of issues in a professional, caring and supportive manner, having an appropriate degree of technical knowledge (which will be taught to you). You will have a good understanding of the products and services we can offer and deliver a fantastic service with tenacity and empathy.
Working 5 days out of 7 between 7.00am and 8.00pm
What is the role?
You will be supporting customers who are in vulnerable positions to fulfil their lending and banking needs. The initial contact comes either being passed from the inbound telephony customer service teams or calls coming directly into the team. You will be supporting customers fulfil their banking requirements by reviewing the features and benefits of products . You will support the Customer application being completed by phone.
