Warehouse Operative | Newtownards | Temporary (£12.11 p/h)

Staffline Ireland is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our exclusive client, a manufacturer of dairy products, on a temporary basis at their site in Newtownards. This position is a long-term temporary role and the successful applicant will work on a rotational shift basis.

Role:

Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for setting machinery, applying labels to products, performing quality checks for shrink wrapped products on pallets, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will also assist with the moving of products within the factory either by hand or with forklifts (if qualified).

This role will require the successful applicant to work 12 hour rotating shifts between 6am - 6pm and 6pm -6am.

Criteria:

• Previous experience in a warehouse/production environment is desirable but full training will be provided.
• Flexible on working shifts.
• Reliable
• A valid counterbalance forklift licence would be desirable but not essential.

Rate of pay:

• £12.11 per hour
• Overtime paid after 37 hours per week.
