Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We currently have a vacancy for experienced Warehouse Coordinator/Admistrator based in Borrisoleigh, Co.Tipperary.
Responsibilities:
- Managing purchasing routines, stock ordering processes and stock management (approving orders, handling order pricing/ delivery queries, )
- Managing sales orders (sales order entry, sales order acknowledgements, order management)
- Reporting - running and managing open order, shortage, back order and late delivery reports
- Liaising with suppliers to arrange shipments and ensuring on-time deliveries
- Managing non-conformance and working with Suppliers to resolve Quality Issues and communicating progress with stakeholders
- Maintain approved supplier listing and monitor and report on supplier performance
- Identifying potential process improvements, costs and service compliance
- Develop and support KPI's in line with the goals and objectives of the business
- Goods Inwards - accepting deliveries of goods, checking items against delivery dockets, recording discrepancies. Booking in stock
- Goods Outwards - picking, checking and packing goods that are due out
- Provide general administrative requirements to Warehouse Manager
- Monitoring stock levels and non-moving stock
- Ensuring Commodity Codes for products ordered are accurate and updated on our IT System
- Perform other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management
Skills / Requirements
- Organisational and planning skills
- Warehouse Experience desirable
- An excellent communicator
- Team player with a flexible approach to work
- The ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritise own workload and to work on own initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, word and excel
- Excellent attention to detail
