Yard / Store Person Knockloughrim

We are recruiting for a Yard / Store Person to undertake all day-to-day yard and store operations.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

* Distributing PPE and updating stoke records accordingly

* Monitoring stock levels and re-ordering when necessary

* Helping with loading or forklift operations when required

* Dealing with inward deliveries and distributing goods appropriately

* Yard housekeeping duties to ensure areas are kept to an approved standard

* Cleaning and repairing traffic management signs and storing in the relevant bays

* Assisting with quarry maintenance activities

* Any other reasonable duties as required

* Ensuring compliance with the Company's policies including health and safety

* Observing and complying with all good working practices within the quarry

In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with:

Essential Criteria:

* Sound knowledge of English and Maths

* Be computer literate

* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to manage a number of tasks concurrently

* Ability to work under own direction without constant supervision

* A willingness to undertake training as required

* Hold a valid driving licence

Desirable Criteria:

* Hold a valid forklift truck licence
